My Favorite Restaurant: Xing Mei Le
I have a favorite restaurant with delicious western food. That restaurant is called Xing Mei Le( 星美乐).
Xing Mei Le is a western restaurant started in 2007 in Hong Kong by a catering company called Simplylife. It's food is decorated in a European style with high-quality western food. The concept is based on "simple" and there are not many fancy decorations at all.
It sells mainly different kinds of bread and cake.
Many people don't really like cake because it's too sweet. But the cake from Xing Mei Le doesn't taste too sweet. They use the exact amount of sugar that tastes good but not too sweet. Also, they like to put some seasonal fruit such as strawberry , mango or blueberry to make the taste of the cake become a higher level.
The bread they make is also very delicious. While, the most famous bread is strawberry danish. The bottom of the bread is very crispy on the outside but soft inside. There is some cheese sauce on the top of the crispy powder, and four large strawberries on top, with its sour taste to neutralize the sweet bread.

Xing Mei Le doesn't only served bread and afternoon tea, they also served some Italian food such as spaghetti, risotto, sandwich and pizza.

My favorite food is cream spaghetti. It taste different than the other cream spaghetti. Even though it's sauce is cream sauce, it taste just as good, not too sweet or too light. The most different part of it is that in the spaghetti, there is a little bit of mint. After finishing the spaghetti, there is still something left: the garlic bread. I like to eat the bread with the cream sauce left on the plate, the salt of the bread and the sweet of the cream mix together, becomes a fantastic taste.
