Tourist Attraction: Italy

There is a country where I really want to go to: Italy.

Italy is a unitary parliamentary republic in Europe. Located in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea. It has a highest level of fauna biodiversity in Europe, with over 57,000 species recorded. Italy also has lots of famous tourism and beautiful cultures.

Venice is a special city in Italy, it's known as the "city on the water". It is built on 118 small islands that are separated by 150 canals. People living there use boats as the most important transportation instead of cars. I really like Venice because of it's beautiful and clean environment, also the color house with unique plants growing on the wall.

In Venice, there is a famous bridge that has a romantic superstition - Rialto Bridge. It is one of the oldest bridge in Venice. People believed that under the sunset ,if a couple taking a gondola, a kind of traditional boat, crossing under the bridge with a kiss, the couple will be with each other forever.

If you are travelling around Venice, you should really try the Baccala mantecato. It is a stock fish-based antipasto, with a sweet and sour taste. At the bottom, it's some fresh bread or garlic bread, on the top of it is the Baccala mantecato cream.

It's one of the most famous and most delicious afternoon tea in Venice.

Leaning Tower of Pisa is one of the most majestic architecture in Italy. It is a freestanding bell tower, of the cathedral of the Italian city of Pisa, and is famous by it's leaning. It is built in Pisa in 1173, and finished at 1372. The tower's tilt began during construction in the 12th century, caused by the softer part of the ground can't hold the tower's weight. But after some scientists and architects improved the basic structures of it, it stop leaning at a fast speed.

Even though, at first people thought this building shows the mistake of the engineers in the past, but now this building became the amazing sight in the world. I really wish one day, I can stand right underneath this beautiful tower.

Like what everyone knows, Italy was once the powerful Romance empire. During that time, the people had created many cultures and building. Well, one of the famous building was the Colosseum.

It was first is an oval amphitheater in the center of the city of Rome, Italy. Also, it is the largest amphitheater ever built.

Colosseum was once meant to be a circus at that time. People went there to enjoy the performance, but also sometimes, this circus was the place to punish the criminals. They throw the criminals in with a hungry carnivores. People will watch the criminals being eaten by the animals.

However, modern days Colosseum will never return to it's gorgeous era. During the war in Italy from long time ago, the enemies had destroy parts of the Colosseum building. No matter how hard the engineers are trying, they couldn't help to fix the broken part. Even though the Colosseum had changed, it's still one of the most amazing building in the world.

Italy is a famous country with lots of famous tourism, famous food, famous culture and so on. I wish one day I could go there, and I wish you will like to be there too.
