All kinds of sports played by people.
There are millions of people in this world who will get in touch with sports every single day, such as students like us or adults. Some people sees sports as an entertainment, others work as athlete who will compete with each other in different sports game.
Sports includes all forms of competitive physical activity or games which could enrich people's life and cultures. Many countries that were once being forgotten had gains peoples' notice through their sports events and sometimes their sports teams as well. The Olympics, or the international sporting events, also help lots of countries to get more tourist coming in and to develop a rich cultural characteristic. For example, South Korea had host the 1988 Summer Olympics as well as the Winter Olympics in 2018. This two international sports events made South Korea to attacked a lot more tourist during those two years and had helped the economics there to grow rapidly. South Korea had also held the 2002 World Cup which made people there paid more attention to sports games and formed the new foot ball team called Korea Republic national football team. Due to the large sports events that had been held in Korea, people there had sees sports as an important activity. And know, Korea had became one of the best known country for a kind of sports that was also part of the Olympics: Taekwondo.

Korea had won more than 12 Gold medals in different Taekwondo worldwide competition.
Playing sports help people to enhance physical fitness and to improve the immunity. Sports can educed blood pressure, improved muscular strength and endurance, as well as having better cardiovascular health. When you started to exercise more, you can maintain you weight and make sure that your body is in a good condition every time. Yet playing sports could also effect you mentally. There are lots of people who has become more patient in everything after playing sports for a while. Some people say that sports help them to have better sleep habits at night, while the other say that sports boost their self-confident and believe in themselves more.
Further more, playing sports can reduce our stress and depression, help us to have a better mood for the new days.
Well in my own point of view, the most important benefits we can get from sports is to be cooperate and learn from each others in order to improve ourselves. Sometimes when you are playing sports, your teammates and coach can help you a lot and let you feel like you are in a big group of family. Also, sports could help us to cultivate the spirit of sportsmen, which refers to the pursuit of fairness in everything, the courteous to our teammates as well as the opponents, and to maintain a decent attitude regardless of winning or losing.

You can get many benefits from playing sports.
With all these positive effects that could make changes to our life and personality, more and more people are beginning to notice the importance of sports.
